- CHESNEY Henry Thomas (Harry) - At Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Saturday, December 18, 1999, Harry Chesney of 84 Robinson St., Simcoe in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Mary Cronin. Dear father to Marjorie E. Clapp and husband Douglas of Lynedoch, Thomas R. Chesney of Alton, Diane McCormack and husband David of Pickering and Robert Chesney and wife Carol of Delhi. Dear brother to John Chesney and wife Vicky, Joyce McCann, Fay Basher and husband Bill and Shirley Grant and husband Bill all of Cambridge. Also survived by 12 wonderful grandchildren and 2 beautiful great-grandchildren. Harry was the proprietor of Grand River Paint in Simcoe for many years. He served overseas with the RCAF during the Second World War. He was a member of A.F. & A.M. Lodge #10, Simcoe and 32nd degree Scottish Rite, the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 79, Simcoe, Charter President of the Who-Did-It Club, former member of the Simcoe Kinsmen Club and former member of the Phoenix Club. Friends are invited to call at THE FERRIS FUNERAL HOME, 214 Norfolk St., S., Simcoe on Tuesday (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where service will be conducted on Wednesday, December 22 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Michael Beacom officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Norfolk Hospital Foundation or the Who-Did-It Club would be ap- preciated.
