      FUNERAL OF NELSON LUTZ.

      The funeral of Nelson Lutz who died at his home in Freeport on Wednesday last, was held on Saturday afternoon from the residence to Hageys church at Preston. Rev. S. H. Swartz of Berlin conducted the obsequies, assisted by the Rev. B. Shantz of Preston.

      The Guelph Typographical Union on which the deceased was the president, was represented by Mr. R. T. Knight and Ed. Stein represented the London Typographical Union and the Free Press. Among the many floral contributions were a cross of chrysanthemums from the John Forsyth Co. Berlin. roses from his fellow boarders, at 530 Talbot street, London, and a spray from the family. The pall-bearers were Messrs. Irvin, Abraham and Jacob Gimbal, Elton Martin, Abraham Gotteslaben, and Noah Becker.

      The remains were interred at the Preston cemetery.
