____________________________
Death again has visited our village, when the late Mrs. Noah Haug, after being an invalid for nearly twenty five years from rheumatism passed peacefully away at the home of her father, Mr. John L. Wideman, about four o'clock Tuesday morning March 30th. The deceased all through her many long years of suffering was always cheerful and bore her affliction with true Christian fortitude. She was born in St. Jacobs in 1854, being in her 61st year, and was united in marriage to Noah E. Haug in 1876. They reside in Elmira 4 years, Toronto 33 years; coming back to St. Jacobs in 1913. Being of a kind and pleasing disposition she made many warm friends in each place. Besides the sorrowing husband, her aged father, Mr. John L. Wideman, two sons, Orlando and Milton, Toronto, and two daughters, Luella, (Mrs. Jarvis), Toronto, and Edna at home, survive to mourn the loss of a kind and loveable daughter, wife and mother. They have the deepest sympathy of their large circle of friends in this community. The funeral takes place this afternoon from the home of Mr. J. L. Wideman to the Evangelical Church for service, thence to cemetery for burial.
