Mary Calder b. 6 Aug 1818, chr. 12 Aug 1818 Nairn, Nairn, Scotland d/o James Calder and Janet McIntosh August 12th James Calder tailor in Town and Janet McIntosh his wife had a child baptized Mary. Witnesses: Messrs. Ludovick Grant, younger of Seabank, John Smith Surgeon Nairn and James Simpson; Donald Sinclair, Mrs. Grant of Seabank. the child was born the 6th inst. Seabank was a small estate back in the day and was located behind the present day Nairn Museum.
