  JANTZI, Ralph Jacob -- On Saturday, February 11, 1978, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, Ralph Jantzi, of 121 Webster St., New Hamburg, age 61 years. He was a member of Steinman Mennonite Church, Route 2, Baden, and a manager at the Ontario Pork Producers, Waterloo. Survived by his wife, the former Violet Brenneman, one son, Michael of Fruitland, one daughter, Mrs. Wayne (Linda) Paulter of Kitchener, and three grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother, Orval of Hensall and three sisters Mrs. Rudy (Irene) Jutzi of Kitchener, Mrs. Walton (Iona) Bowman of Route 2, Petersburg, Mrs. Harry (Lucille) Albrecht of Kitchener. He was predeceased by his parents, the late Michael O. Jantzi and the former Mary Steinman, and one sister in infancy. The late Mr. Jantzi is resting at the Omand-Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg until noon on Tuesday, February 14, when removal will be made to Steinman Mennonite Church where funeral service and committal will be conducted at 2: 30 p.m. with Rev. Vernon Zehr and Rev. Elmer Schwartzentruber officiating. Spring interment in the church cemetery. The Kitchener-Waterloo Record 13 Feb 1978 ______________ Jantzi, Ralph J., son of Michael and Mary (Steinman) Jantzi, was born at Baden, Ont., Dec. 28, 1916; died at a Kitchener, Ont., hospital, Feb. 11, 1978; aged 61 y. On Apr. 26, 1941, he was married to Violet Brenneman, who survives. Also surviving are one son (Michael), one daughter (Linda - Mrs. Wayne Pautler), 3 grandchildren, one brother (Orval), and 3 sisters (Mrs. Irene Iutzi, Mrs. Iona Bowman, and Mrs. Lucille Albrecht). He was a member of Steinman Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Feb. 14, in charge of Vernon Zehr and Elmer Schwartzentruber; interment in Steinman Cemetery.
