• Notes

  After a long and most painful illness Mrs. M.G. Lutz, widow of the late M.C. Lutz, Esq., on Saturday morning the 17th inst., breathed her last. So much beloved by all who knew her, so thoroughly a Christian woman, her death has been most painfully felt in our town, and sincere sympathy is universally expressed for those who, in the short space of one year, have been called upon to deplore the loss of both parents. Patiently and with the utmost Christian fortitude and resignation, this lady passed to her rest, surrounded by the members of her family, leaving behind her the record of a loving parent and valuable member of society.
