    • ABURANEH, Saleh - At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Monday, October 2, 2000. Born January 1, 1924 in Palestine. Saleh was a refugee in Jordan and then emigrated to Canada in 1973, which became his second home. Predeceased by his wife Soryia (February 1996). Survived by nine children, daughters, Amal, Seham and Heyaam and sons, Ahmad, Marwan, Said, Emad, Isam and Amer, all of Cambridge, thirty-one grandchildren and many more great-grandchildren. Prayers were held at Jami Mosque, 1550 Dunbar Road, Cambridge on Tuesday (today) October 3, 2000. Interment New Hope Cemetery, Cambridge.
