      PRESTON, Dec. 3. The death occurred Sunday night after a two years illness at her home at 261 Guelph St., Preston, of Mrs. Dorothea Anna Gingerich, aged 84, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schaumburg. She was predeceased by her husband, Simeon Gingerich, in 1921.

      Born in Kossuth, she was a resident of Yale, Mich., for 15 years and of Blair for 26 years. She had been a resident of Preston for the past six years and was a member of St. Paul's United Church, Preston.

      Surviving are three sons, Charles, at home, Rev. Ernest Gingerich, Huntington, Ind., Grant, Detroit, Mich.; two daughters, Mrs. Gary (Irene) Murray, Long Beach, Calif.; Mrs. Carl (Leatta) Hoffman, Preston.

      Funeral take place at the Stager -Pass Ltd., Funeral Home, Preston, where the body now rests, on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Interment will be in the Doon Cemetery.
