    • Bowman. - Paul Howard, son of Henry and Lydia Ann Bowman of Waterloo Co., Ont., was born July 20, 1916; died Feb. 2, 1917; leaves father, mother, 1 sister, 3 brothers. Funeral services Sunday afternoon, Feb. 4, at Snyder's Mennonite Church conducted by Jesse Martin. Text, Job 7: 6, and Jonas Snyder from Matt. 19: 14. Interment in adjoining cemetery.

      Friday the Grim Reaper, death called at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bowman near hear and took from them their infant son, Paul Howard, aged six-months. The deceased child had been down with an attack of La Grippe, and death came unexpectedly. The funeral took place on Sunday afternoon, burial taking place at the Cemetery at Bloomingdale Meeting House where service was held. The Rev/s Jesse Martin and Jonas Snider conducted the service. The bereaved family had the sympathy of the community.
