    • GINGERICH, Willis J. -- Of 320 Waterloo St., New Hamburg, entered into eternal rest, Thursday, Feb.5, 1987, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, in his 78th year. He was born in Shingletown, February 23, 1909, a son of the late Louis and Catherine (Jutzi) Gingerich. He was a member of Steinman Mennonite Church, RR2, Baden, enjoyed gardening as a hobby and was a former employee of Hahn Brass (Stanley Works). Beloved husband of Mabel (Bast) Gingerich, for 54 years, dear father of Verlus and his wife Marietta, Ronald and his wife Judith, Robert and his wife Shirley, all of New Hamburg, Richard at home, loving grandfather of Dale, James, Jennifer, Jane, Margaret, David, Joanne and Mark; dear brother of Ivan and his wife Edna of Cambridge, Christian and his wife Doris of Kitchener; fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Visitation at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, after 7 p.m. tonight (Friday) and until Sunday at noon, when transfer will be made to Steinmann Mennonite Church for the service at 3 O'clock p.m., with Rev Fred Lichti officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
