  Arthur Bulmer The funeral was in Kitchener Tuesday for Arthur Bulmer. 56. of Hawkesville. He died Saturday at K-W hospital after a lengthy illness. Rev. Simeon Burst of Hawkesville Mennonite church officiated. Burial was in Hawkesville cemetery Mr. Bulmer was born in Kitchener, a son of Mrs. Hardy Bulmer of Kitchener and the late Mr. Bulmer. He had been employed as personnel manager at Uniroyal Co. Ltd.. general products division. He was with the company 21 years until illness forced his retirement in 1963. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, the former June H. Israel, and two daughters. Mrs. Claude (Lynn) Martin of Hawkesville and Jill at home: two brothers, James M. of Hespeler and C.
