  A-1-76 Adam Doering Late of the Township of Waterloo. Granted the 16th day of October A.D., 1855…on Petition of Henry S. Schneider one of the Executors, named in said Will… I Adam Doering of the Village of Waterloo, Laborer, being weak in body…My will is that all my just debts…be paid…and as to my worldly estate…I give and dispose of as follows: I will unto my beloved daughter Anna Eva Doering one bed with bedding and one chest that which was left to her my daughter by her deceased mother and the remainder of my property, after payment of debts I will unto my beloved wife Gertraut, for her to have, hold and enjoy…And I nominate and appoint my trusty and worthy friends Henry S. Schneider of the Village of Waterloo, Shoemaker and David H. Stauffer of the same place, Yeoman. Witnessed by Moses Schneider[?] and Hartman Schnarr Will dated 11 July 1855 Proved 16 Oct 1855 Inventory £27/7/6 Died 17 September 1855.
