- John Robertson Wissler, "the eldest, was born September 9th, 1844. He is married to Harriet Bigger and resides in Salem where he is the possessor of his father's grist and flour mills. He held the position as reeve for Nichol Township for many years and now is clerk for said township. His family consists of three children"
