  Stuart Currah Stuart James Currah died Thursday at St Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, after a brief illness. He was 56. Mr Currah was clerk, treasurer and tax-collector of Blandford Township from 1958 until his death. He was an adherent of Ratho Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife, the Former Marie Facey, Bright; his father, James T. Currah, Bright; one son Murray, London, Ont.; one daughter, Mrs. Bruce (Donna) Meadows, Embro; two brothers, Donald, Plattsville, and Ross, Bright; one sister, Mrs. Hugh (Sadie) McCartney, Plattsville, and six grandchildren. Funeral service was held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Glendinning Funeral Home, Plattsville. Burial was in Ratho cemetery. New Hamburg Independent, June 25, 1969
