  ROSS, Dr. John A. At K-W Hospital, on Sunday, Jan. 20, 1991, Dr. John Allan Ross, age 76 years, of Kitchener. Dr. Ross graduated from the University of Toronto in 1938. He retired in 1978, having served as an anaesthetist at K-W and St. Mary's Hospitals and also operated a general practice for many years. A member of Forest Hill United Church, the K-W Amateur Radio Club (VE3NQT) and the K-W Field Naturalists. Beloved husband of the late Mary Mildred Ross (nee Forler), who predeceased him October 1, 1983. Dear father of Karen of Paris, Ont., Janet of Kitchener, Susan and her husband, Andy Beinarovics of St. Clements; loving grandfather of Kathleen; brother of Lorna King and her husband Harold of Hanover. Predeceased by his parents and sister, Shirley Goodison. A memorial service will be held in the Ratz-Bechtel Chapel, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. Reception to follow in the Ratz- Bechtel Family Centre. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, the K-W Hospital Equipment Fund or St. Mary's Hospital Building Fund, may be made as expressions of sympathy.
