- FLOYD D. MOYER The death of Floyd D. Moyer of Elmira occurred suddenly Saturday at Penticton B.C., while he and his family were on a motor trip to Vancouver.
Mr. Moyer was employed here by Silverwood's for the past 30 years. He is a member of Zion Evangelical United Brethren Church, Elmira. Surviving are his wife, the former Margaret Frey; a daughter, Joan, and a son, Jack, of Elmira.
Also surviving are his mother, Mrs. Simon Moyer of Elmira; four brothers, Clarence, Elmira; Gordon, Ellenworth, Alta.; Charles, Gorham, N.H.; Ralph, Montreal; and four sisters, Mrs. William Chambers, Elmira; Mrs. L. Woodall, Kitchener; Mrs. Jack Mander, Comber, Ont.; and Mrs. A. Moskalik, Waterloo. The body will be shipped to the Dreisinger Funeral Chapel, Elmira on Friday. The funeral will be held at the chapel on Monday, July 30.
