  Body found in Grand River identified as missing Waterloo man WATERLOO A body that was found in the Grand River in Waterloo on Saturday has been identified as Fayyaz Jiwa. Police said there was no concern for public safety. Jiwa, 28 of Waterloo, had been missing since the morning of Nov. 10 A canoeist discovered the body around 2: 15 p.m. Saturday in middle of the river, near Kiwanis Park.
