  SCHMIDT, Robert Carl (Jimmy) - January 18, 1928 - November 1, 2006. Died at his home in New Braunfels, Texas, at the age of 78. Jimmy was born in Kitchener Ontario. He raised his family and worked in California for many years. Beloved husband of Muriel (Grummett) and dear father of Cindy, Brenda, Sherry and Bob Jr., their spouses and children. Lovingly remembered by sisters, Elsie Westenhoefer of Kitchener, Gladys Kropf of Waterloo and many nieces and nephews in Canada. Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Selina (Lichty), brothers, John and George and sisters, Viola Rabethge, Ruth Hinton, and Edna Martin. Far away but forever in our hearts.
