Beloved husband of the former Roberta Sutherland; dear father of Michele and Marshall, both at home; son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Doering of, Baden; brother of Ralph of New Hamburg, Laverne of Kitchener and Mrs. Gordon (Lorraine) Archibald of Kitchener. Friends were received at the (Mac) Smith funeral home, Woodstock. A Private funeral service was held on Saturday afternoon at Bethany Lutheran Church. Interment in Oxford Memorial Park cemetery.
