  Mrs. Viola LEIS, L. -On Sunday, March 16, 2003, at Nithview Home, New Hamburg, Viola Lydian (Roth) Leis, formerly of Wellesley. Viola was born in O'Neil, Nebraska, 85 years ago. Daughter of the late Christian S. Roth and the late Veronica Kennel. Mrs. Leis was a member of the Wellesley Mennonite Church. She was a loving foster mother to many children and was an avid quilter and gardener. Viola also had a great love for roses.
