  PARKED CAR MISHAP Injured when he was struck by a passing motorcar after he walked into its path from between two parked automobiles, William Bayly, 83, of 223 W. 87th St., died early yesterday in General Hospital. Edward Apodaca, 19, of 1829 E. 84th St., driver of the machine involved, said he swerved when the elderly man stepped into his path, but was unable to avoid striking him. The crash occurred in the 8600 block on Graham Ave. The Los Angeles Times Wed, Mar 13, 1940 Page 11 ________________ Funeral services for William Bayly, 83, of 223 West Eighty-seventh place, who was fatally injured last Monday, were held at the Utter-McKinley Southwest mortuary. Rev. William Ogg officiated and interment was at Roosevelt cemetery. A native of Canada, Bayly had lived here for 27 years. He is survived by his daughter, Ina Bayly, and two sons, Donald, and Rev.
