• Notes

  There passed away to the great beyond on Wednesday afternoon, at her home on Centre street, Mrs. Jacob Yost. She had suffered a paralytic stroke some time ago, which left her in a weakened condition, so that she could not withstand the attack of pneumonia, which set in a few days ago. She leaves her aged life partner, four children and a large circle of relatives to mourn her death. The children are: Levi of Berlin, Joanna (Mrs. M. Brandle) and Amanda (Mrs. P. F. Stumpf), both of Elmira, and another married daughter living in Michigan. Deceased was of a quiet, retired disposition and highly respected. The funeral will be held on Saturday afternoon, at 2 o'clock. Elmira Advertiser May 30 1912
