Notes |
- Mrs. Otto Homuth
The death of Elisabeth Latch, wife of Mr. Otto Homuth, William street, occurred early yesterday morning at her home following a prolonged illness. The late Mrs. Homuth was in 71 year and for the last two years had been in poor health. She simply slept away, death bringing her release from her sufferings, which she had endured cheerfully. Well known and highly respected her demise is felt as a keen loss by many citizens of Preston. She is survived solely by her sorrowing husband, there being no children. The funeral servive will be from her late residence on William street, to the Preston cemetery and will be conducted by Rev. A. 0. W. Foreman, pastor of the United Church, assisted by Rev. Charles Draper, of Niagara Falls, and formerly of Preston.
