  PASSED AWAY SATURDAY Benjamin Burkholder, aged 66 years, died at his home on East Center street Saturday afternoon following a short illness with nephritis. He was a retired farmer, and moved to this city some months ago. The funeral services were held at the home Monday morning and the body was shipped to Alto for burial. Interment was made in the Alto cemetery Tuesday. Alma Record, Alma, Michigan Thursday, August 22, 1918
