    • SIMON Y. REICHERT Simon Y. Reichert, 71, of Kitchener, died Monday at his home after a brief illness. Born Jan. 3, 1884, in St. Jacobs, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Reichert. A resident of Kitchener for the past two years, he was a cabinet maker at Wunder Furniture Mfg. Company, Ltd,, for many years. He was a member of Emmanuel Evangelical U.B. Church, Bridgeport. His marriage to the former Sarah Shelly took place in Bridgeport in 1914. She survives. Other survivors are a son, Donald of Bridgeport; three brothers, Harry of Kitchener, Frank of Bridgeport and David of St. Catharines; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Musselman and Mrs. Oliver Bisch, both of Bridgeport. Two grandsons also survive. Two brothers predeceased him. The funeral will be conducted Thursday at 3: 30 p.m. Burial will be in Bridgeport Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Clayton Heckendorn, pastor of Emmanuel Church, will officiate.
