  Dr. Alexander R. Hall - The death occurred suddenly at his home in St. Paul, Minnesota, on Thursday, Nov. 27th, of Alexander Ritchie Hall, M.D.C.M., L.R.C.S., L.R.C.P., aged 73 years. He was a son of the late Thomas Hall and Agnes Robson and was born near Washington, Ont. Following his medical course at McGill University, Montreal, he studied extensively in London, England; Berlin, Germany, and Vienna. Austria. He is survived by his widow, the former Maud Perry of St. Thomas; one sister, Dr. Janet Hall of Woodstock, and a brother, Oliver Hall of Toronto. Three brothers and two sisters predeceased him, viz.: Andrew Hall of Ayr, John Hall of Plattsville, Thomas Hall of Harrisburg, Pa.; Miss Isabelle Hall and Mrs. John W. Maus of Ayr. The funeral service was held at St. Paul on Saturday, with interment in the family plot in the Ayr Cemetery on Tuesday morning. The Ayr News Dec 4 1947 pg 12
