    • Bernice Heimpel Becomes Bride Of Donald Ryan

Rev. Lloyd Schaus officiated Saturday in St. Mark's Lutheran Church when Miss Bernice Clara Heimpel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar H. Heimpel, 507 Park St., became the bride of Mr. Donald Ross Ryan. The bridegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Edward Ryan, 65 Weber St. East.

The bride was wearing a graceful floor-length gown of brocaded white satin with softly-rounded neckline enhanced with pearls, a fitted bodice scalloped at the waist and a full skirt finished at the hemline with a bias ruffle. She carried a cascade of yellow rosebuds.

Her attendant was Miss Noreen Miller. She chose a turquoise taffeta floor-length gown and her cascade was of talisman roses.

Best man was Mr. Ted Ryan of London.

The Hacienda, Waterloo, was the scene of the wedding dinner and later a reception was held at the bride's home. Receiving guests with the newlyweds, the bride's mother wore a gray jersey street-length dress, black straw hat with pink floral trim and a corsage of yellow roses. Assisting was the bride- groom's mother, in a pink picture hat and corsage of pink and white carnationas.

Leaving for Grand Bend, the bride wore a shell pink dressmaker suit with white accessories. Her white straw bonnet style hat was trimmed with pink flowers. On their return, Mr. and Mrs. Ryan will reside at 383 Victoria St.
