  Doreen Millar JUNE 13, 1920 \endash AUGUST 29, 2010 MILLAR, Doreen (nee Hood) Passed away at St. Mary's Hospital on Sunday, August 29, 2010, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of Donald Millar. Survived by her brother Albert (Janie) Hood. Sisters-in-law Louisa Moir, Bertha Landers (Bob), Alice Sauder (Harvey), Janet Millar and Anne Millar. Missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Mary and Albert Hood, her brother Tom L. Hood and wife Pam, her brothers-in-law Douglas Millar, Bob Millar and wife Elsie, Roderick Millar and Frederick Millar. Doreen retired from Lear Siegler Indus Ltd. as an Occupation Health Nurse. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa Street South (at Westmount Road), on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Transfer will be made to St. George's Anglican Church, 321 Fischer Hallman Road East, Kitchener on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Fr. Don Davidson will be officiating. Reception to follow the service in the church hall followed by interment at Woodland Cemetery. Donations to St. Mary's General Hospital would be appreciated as expressions by the family.
