307 Queen Street South
The brick former button factory at the corner of Courtland, later the property of Williams, Greene & Rome shirt and collar manufacturers, was constructed in 1871 and recently converted into coop apartments with a substantial new stucco-finish addition. Excellent conservation of the original factory building and a compatible addition in terms of fit, finish and colour. Designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.1a
