  Mrs. JOSEPH RUCHTY The death of Mrs. Ruchty, beloved wife of the late Joseph Ruchty, occurred on Sunday at the home of her son, Mr. Alex. Ruchty, Waterloo, at the age of 69 years. Deceased, whose maiden name was Mary E. Schmidt, was born in New Hamburg and after her marriage, resided here for a number of years, later moving to Walkerton, where her husband died 37 years ago. She has been a resident of Waterloo, for the past 29 years and had been sick about two months, prior to her death. Four sons and one brother are left to mourn her loss: Alex. of Waterloo, Charles of Toronto, Victor of Kitchener and Edwin of New Hamburg, and Christopher of Cleveland. The funeral took place on Wednesday forenoon, from the residence of Mr. Alex Ruchty, Waterloo, to St. Louis church, thence to the Roman Catholic cemetery, for interment.
