- DIED-Mr. Wolfgang Hopf, who had been a resident of New Hamburg the past forty years, died at his residence on Moyer Street yesterday morning, at the age of 87 years. Deceased was born in Bavaria, Germany, and came to America fifty-four years ago. His wife and five children survive him. His remains will be interred at the R.C. Cemetery here on Sunday forenoon at 9:30 o'clock.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL and TESTAMENT
Of me WOLFGANG HOPF of the Village of New Hamburg in the County of Waterloo, Yeoman.
1. I declare all former wills made by me to be void.
2. I give and devise unto my Son Joseph, lot Twenty on the West side of Perth St. In the said Village containing Nineteen Acres and Twenty hundredths of an Acre more or less (see Liber H No 200) and the sum of Two Hundred Dollars subject to the payment by him of my own and my wife's funeral expenses and provide my wife a home with his family as long as she lives.
3. I give my wife all my household effects and the balance of any ready money and personal property, and also the income annually derived from any of other Real Estate where our situate, as long as she lives.
4. After the decease of my wife my said other Real Estate shall be sold by my Executors herinafter named in such way or ways as they deem best, and the proceeds therof \endash and any residue from other sources, shall be equally divided between my children other than my said son, Joseph.
5. In case my wife so desires, my Executors may dispose of said other Real Estate and apply the income of proceeds as above provided if unsold, and also in their discretion part of the principal if my wife requires it for her personal wants and comforts, in which case the balance on hand after my wife's death, shall be divided among my children, except my son Joseph as foresaid.
6. The provision herein made for my wife shall be accepted by her in lieu of her claim to dower out my Real Estate.
7. I appoint my friends John Buckel (senior) and Vincenz Pinschenat to be the executors of this Will.

deceased at the time of his death as far as I can at present ascertain.
