• Notes

  David H. Moyer, "son of Samuel B. and Magdalena (Houser) Moyer, was born July 20th, 1842. In autumn of 1865 he was married to Anna, daughter of John and Catharine (High) Moyer who died April 4th, 1885. In October, 1885, he was married again to Mary H. Houser. He resided in Campden, Lincoln County, Ontario, until 1886 when he moved to Pelham where he resided until autumn 1887, then they moved to Berlin where he resided until 1894 when he entered the ministry of the sect known as Church of God and is now engaged in the ministerial work for that body. His family consisted of four children" Eby, Ezra E. (1895). A biographical history of Waterloo township and other townships of the county: being a history of the early settlers and their descendants, mostly all of Pennsylvania Dutch origin: as also much other unpublished historical information chiefly of a local character.
