A-1-15 Abram Master: Last will and testament of Abram Master of the Township of Wilmot.
…I Abram Master of the Township of Wilmot, make this my Last Will and Testament…I give, devise and bequeath all my property as follows…One third of all to my beloved wife Lucinda in lieu of her dower, and the remaining two thirds to my children, share and share alike. I also empower my Executors to settle and confirm, the partnership with my brother George as we have agreed. My debts must all be paid in such manner as my Executors shall consider best. I nominate and appoint Jarad Hilborn of the Township of Blenheim and John Emery of the Township of Wilmot appointed joint Executors.
Witnesses George C. Master, George Schmaur and John R. Hamacher.

A-1-88 Abraham C. Master Appointment of Guardianship granted to Lucinda Master, on the petition of David Master and Marianne Master, infant children of Abraham C. Master; twenty days notice in the "Berlin Telegraph" having been given and on her, the said Lucinda Master, giving a Bond and security for the administration of the Estate belonging to said Infants, herself and two sureties in the persons of Stauffer Clemens and Isaac Bergey, both of the Township of Waterloo, Yromen, each in the sum of Three Thousand Pounds.
Lucinda Martin, widow of the late Abraham C. Master, was granted Guardianship of her own children.
Appointed Guardian by the Surrogate Court 14 February 1856.
