  Susannah Reist, "the fifth member of John and Susannah (Huber) Reist's family, was born in Warwick Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, January 4th, 1799. She was married to Henry Ernst who was born November 24th, 1803, and died October 20th, 1878. She died March 3rd, 1873. They had a family of seven children" Eby, Ezra E. (1895). A biographical history of Waterloo township and other townships of the county: being a history of the early settlers and their descendants, mostly all of Pennsylvania Dutch origin: as also much other unpublished historical information chiefly of a local character.
