  REIST, Gordon - On Friday, May 7, 1993, at his home, 13 Cedarwaxwing Drive, Elmira, Gordon G. Reist, in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Irene Reist; step-father of Kelly and his wife Linda, Hewey of Timmins and Kim Bradbury and her friend Jeff of Kitchener. Five step-grandchildren and one step-great-granddaughter also survive. Brother of Alberta Smith of Elora, Clara Rahn and Alice Conrad, both of Kitchener, Marie (Mrs. John Kaippel) of Elmira, Wilma Tim of Kitchener, Pearl (Mrs. Arthur Brown) of Port Elgin. Predeceased by his first wife, Elva Gavin; one sister, Nelda Oswald. Visitation at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, where the family will receive friends today (Saturday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Sunday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Donald Stroh officiating, followed by interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery.
