• Notes

  Sudden Death. Word was received here on Friday, by relatives, that Henry Hasenpflug of Milverton had died. Mrs. Hasenpflug got up as usual on Thursday morning, and a short time after she went to call her husband, but found him dead. A doctor was called; and pronounced death due to heart failure. Deceased had not been feeling well lately but nothing serious was expected. Mr. Hasenpflug was born in 1843, in Hessen-Darmstadt, Germany; he emigrated to Canada and settled in Waterloo, where he learned the blacksmithing trade. In 1876 he removed to Milverton where he carried on business till his death. He married Miss Emma Schierholtz, Lisbon, in 1867, and by her had eight children. In, 1885 he lost his first wife, and in 1887 married Miss Louisa Kehl, of Woolwich, by whom he had one son. Elmira Signet 3 Mar 1904 __________ Notice to Creditors In the matter of the estate of Henry Hasenpflug, late of the Village of Milverton, in the County of Perth, Blacksmith, deceased. NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to "The Revised Statutes of Ontario," 1897, Chapter 129, that all creditors and others having claims against the estate of the said Henry Hasenpflug, who died on or about the 2nd day of March, 1904, are required, on or before the 30th Day of April, 1904, to send by post prepaid, or deliver to the Administratrix, or A. M. Panton, of the City of Stratford, solicitor for the Administratrix, their christian and surnames, addresses and descriptions, the full particulars of their claims, and a statement of their accounts and the nature of the securities, if any, held by them. And further take notice that after such last meneioned date the said Administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have notice, and that the said Administratrix will not be liable for the said assets, or any part thereof, to any person or persons of whose claims notice shall not have been received by them at the time of such distribution.
