  Late Mr. C. Patrick Laid to Rest, Walkerton WALKERTON-The funeral for the late Mr. Crawford Patrick. was held Thursday afternoon from the Tanner and Pearson Funeral Home in Walkerton. The Rev. G. H. Kidd, rector of St. Thomas Anglican Church conducted the service. Mr. Patrick, who died Tuesday night at the age of 95. would, had he lived, have celebrated his 96th birthday on May 29th this year Born in Galt, Ont., he came to Walkerton 63 years ago and established a broom factory in the early days and operated it until about 30 years ago. He later entered the grocery store business from which he retired only eight years ago. Married twice. his first wife, the former Jessie Forbes, passed away in 1912. Forty years ago he married Beth Price, who survives. Two daughters, Miss Jessie, the secretary-treasurer of the Walkerton P. U.C., and Alice, (Mrs. George Vaughan), of London, Ont., also survive. Two stepsons also survive and are. Jack McConnell of Paisley and Price McConnell of Port Stanley. Interment was in the Walkerton Cemetery.
