  George Reynolds, was born near Rome, N. Y., Sept 12, 1794, and came to Canada c. 1813. settling in Waterloo twp. After marrying Sarah Bechtel, he moved to North Dumfries, then to Blenheim twp. c. 1825. After his conversion in 1824, he joined the Reformed Tunkers, but joined the Wesleyan Methodist Church c. 30 years ago. Before his death (no date given), most of his children and several of his grandchildren had been converted. Based on information provided by his son-in-law. Jared Kilbourn.
