  PEQUEGNAT, Homer E. - At K-W Hospital, on Thursday, Dec, 2, 1993, after a brief illness, Homer Edmond Pequegnat, age 65 years. Homer had been employed with McLean-Peister Landscaping for 20 years. Homer was a past president of Chicopee Ski Club and the K-W Racquet Club. Husband of the former Barbara Ambrose; father of Jim and his wife Sharon of Port Elgin; Steven and his fiancée Leighe and Beverly, all of Kitchener; Jane and her husband Mike Gross of Petersburg; Nancy and her husband Bob Oberholtzer and Laurie and her husband Keith Young, all of Waterloo; Lynne of Calgary; step-father to Glen Lech of Forest; Joy Rayner of Cambridge; Kathi Farnsworth of Acton; Larry Kennedy of Carlisle; brother to Paul and his wife Anne of Manotic Dr.; Peter of Tucson, Ariz. Ten grandchildren also survive. Predeceased by his parents, Dr. Homer Pequegnat and Iona Clapp; his first wife, Bernice Petznick. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where a memorial service will be held on Monday at 11 am, in the chapel, with Canon C.E. Ladds officiating. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the K-W Hospital Foundation, may be made as expressions of sympathy.
