- WAGNER, George Oscar -- At St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener on Thursday, Jan. 20, 1983, age 84 years, George Wagner of 35 East Ave., Kitchener. A member of St. Phillip's Lutheran Church. A retired employee of B. F. Goodrich Canada Inc. and a member of their 25 year club. Son of the late Karl Wagner and Mary Baetz; husband of the late Luella Mae Ziegler. Surviving is his wife, the former Edna Babcock; three sons, George Edward of Elmira, Donald Carl and Kenneth Kalbfleisch, both of Kitchener; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Wetjen and Dorothy (Mrs. Wibur Scott), both of Kitchener; three sisters, Mrs. Rose Prong of Cambridge, Mrs. Bertha Swartzenburg and Mrs. Nelda Patton, both of Kitchener. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Predeceased by four brothers, four sisters and one grandson, Keith Wagner. Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church Street, until noon on Sunday, Jan, 23, when transfer will be made to St. Phillip's Lutheran Church, Woodhaven Road, Kitchener, for funeral and committal services at 2 p.m., Rev. Donald Stewart officiating. Interment Memory Gardens.
