- Urbin Snider of 80 Eton Drive, Kitchener, died on Monday of last week at the age of 65. Born in Waterloo Township, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wellington Snider. Before his retirement in 1967, he farmed for many years in the Twin City area. He was a member of First Mennonite Church. His wife is the former Vera Weber whom he married in Kitchener on April 2, 1929. He is also survived by two sons, Willard, RR 2, Breslau, and Cameron of Kitchener; three daughters, Mrs. Howard (Helen) Schiedel, Mrs. Roy (Doris) Blake and Mrs. Robert (Grace) Lennox, all of Kitchener, two brothers, Ralph, New Hamburg, and Lorne, RR 1, West Montrose; four sisters, Mrs. Horace (Edna) Mann, Mrs. Earl (Sarah) Schmidt, Mrs. Clayton (Janet) Feick and Mrs. Ida Buschert all of Kitchener, and 10 grandchildren He was predeceased by two sisters, Florence and Lenore. Funeral service was held at the First Mennonite Church, Rev. Robert N Johnson officiating. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.

Urbin Snider of 80 Eton Drive died suddenly Monday Sept. 22 at his home following a heart attack. He was 65.
Born in Waterloo Township, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wellington Snider.
Before his retirement in 1967, he farmed for many years in the Twin City area. He was a member of first Mennonite Church.
His wife is the former Vera Weber whom he married in Kitchener on April 2, 1929. He is also survived by two sons, Willard, RR 2, Breslau, and Cameron of Kitchener; three daughters, Mrs. Howard (Helen) Schiedel, Mrs. Roy (Doris) Blake, and Mrs. Robert (Grace) Lennox, all of Kitchener; two brothers, Ralph, New Hamburg, and Lorne, RR 1, West Montrose; four sisters, Mrs. Horace (Edna) Mann, Mrs. Earl (Sarah) Schmidt, Mrs. Clayton (Janet) Feick and Mrs. Ida Buschert, all of Kitchener, and 10 grandchildren.
The body was at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until noon Thursday when removal was made to First Mennonite Church where Rev. Robert N. Johnson Conducted a service at 3 pm. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
