  ROTHAERMEL, Harold W. Suddenly, at the K-W Hospital, on Saturday, Jan. 5, 1980, as a result of a heart attack, Harold William Rothaermel, age 77 years, of 1061 Queen's Blvd., Kitchener. He was employed for 47 years with Mutual Life, until his retirement. He was active in the Church of the Good Shepherd as past president of the board, and secretary of the Canadian association. He was past master of Grand River Lodge, Number 151, A.F. and A.M. He was past first principal of Kitchener chapter number 117, Royal Arch Masons. He was past patron of the Eastern Star. Beloved husband of the former Victoria Stoner; dear father of Mrs. H. Ian (Frances) McIntosh, Kitchener, Mrs. Henry (Peggy) Heuss, of Minden; brother of Mrs. Harold (Veneta) Ross, Mississauga; five grandchildren, Peter, Kathryn, Carol, David and John also survive. Predeceased by his first wife, Else Koenig, one brother Earl and one sister, Mrs. Viola Tuerk. Friends may call at the Ratz- Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener. Funeral and committal service in the chapel on Tuesday at 3 p.m., with Rev. Paul Zacharias officiating. In- terment Memory Gardens.
