  Peter James Ratchford, 19-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Ratchford, 142A Weber St. N., Waterloo, died today in St. Mary's Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was born June 2, 1964, Surviving are his parents; paternal grandmother, Mrs. C. F. Ratchford of Caledonia; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Logel of Waterloo; paternal great-grandfather, Frank Murray of Caledonia and a maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Christine Logel of Elmira; one brother, Jeremy and one sister, Kelly, both at home. A mass of the angels will be celebrated at St. Louis Church at 10 a.m. Monday following prayers at the Walsh Sandrock Fuenral Home at 9: 30 a.m. The body will be at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday.
