- Rummelhardt
A pleasant day was enjoyed Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hy. S. Huehn, Rummelhardt, when relatives of the Huehn's gathered together for the first time. The home was filled with bouquets of autumn flowers for the occasion. The dinner was enjoyed in the Waterloo park, after which they immediately proceeded to the above farm. Early in the afternoon the kiddies all were surprised by receiving horns and whistles.
Balloons were enjoyed by all, also large kites were tossing about in the air for hours. Girls enjoyed softball while the men played horseshoe after which the races began.

Eight years and under - won by Russell Wuest, ball.

After the races photographs were being taken by Miss Leonee Bramm and Mr. Charley Clarke of Toronto, took moving pictures of the relations. At about five thirty long tables and chairs were placed on the lawn where a dainty supper was enjoyed after refreshments were served. Later in the evening a fireworks' display was given after which songs were sung. first being, "God be with you till we meet again." The last song was a German song sung by Mrs. George Bramm taught by her father many years ago.
Guests were present from Erie, Penn., Toronto, Kitchener, Waterloo. A number were not able to be present. They all departed happily hoping to have the reunion next year again for which hopes are being held that they all will be present and weather more favorable.
