  Huehn, Harold W. - Peacefully, went to be with his Lord, on Sunday afternoon, January 23, 2000, at his residence, in Waterloo, in his 93rd year, with his family present. Loving husband of Mabel (Rieck) Huehn of Waterloo to whom he was married to for 54 years; dear father of Ross E. Huehn and his wife Karen of Kitchener, Robert W. Huehn and his wife Barbara of Waterloo, and Mary and her husband Eric Cannell of Beaconfield, Que.; loving grandfather of Rachel and Rebecca Huehn, Paul, John and Elizabeth Cannell and great-grandfather of Joscelyn Huehn. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law Hilda Huehn of Waterloo and Jean Huehn-Leslie of Kitchener. Predeceased by his parents, Sophia (Knorr) and Henry S. Huehn; four brothers, Howard, Lester, Milton and William and three sisters, Ruth Dahmer, Lydia Lackenbauer and Florence Gole. Mr. Huehn was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Waterloo. He farmed at Rummelhardt for many years. Along with his wife and brother Bill, they operated a butcher shop and sold meat at the Waterloo Market. Mr. Huehn's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo from 2-4 and 7-9 m today (Tuesday) and from 1 pm - 2 pm Wednesday at First Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at First Baptist Church at 2 pm on Wednesday, January 26, 2000 with Pastor Cameron Whalen and Roy Pajunen officiating. Interment to follow in Memory Gardens.
