  Richard C. Arndt, 73, of 508 Duke St. W., died Sunday at K-W Hospital. Born in Kitchener in 1891, he spent his entire life here and was employed at the Dominion Rubber Company tire division for 21 years. He retired In 1956. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and a member of the Lutheran Church Men. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Arndt. Survivors include his wife. the former Emma Schott whom he married Aug. 22, 1913, in Kitchener; three daughters, Mrs. Alvin (Viola) Bindernagel and Mrs. Grant (Evelyn) MacMillan, both of Kitchener, and Mrs. Herbert (Dorothy) Kissner of Waterloo; a brother Henry of Alma and two grand-children. He was predeceased by a daughter. Irene two sisters and a brother. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home from where the service will be conducted Tuesday at 3: 30 p.m., with Dr. Henry W.
