- Snider, Maurice S. - At the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital on Wednesday, October 8, 1975, after a brief illness, Maurice Samuel Snider of 103 Roger St., Waterloo, aged 60 years. Mr. Snider was a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities; a son of the late Edgar Snider and the former Luella Eby. Mr. Snider had been employed at the Mutual Life Assurance Company for 37 years; a member of the 25 year club and the Kitchener All Sports Club and a veteran of the Second World War, served overseas with the Canadian Forces. Husband of Dorothy Fischer; father of Keith of Kitchener; brother of Mildred (Mrs. Walter Byer) of Markham, Mabel Snider of Waterloo and Sanford Snider of Turner, Mich. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. tonight. Funeral and committal service in the chapel Saturday at 2 p.m. with Rev. John Shrier officiating. Internment Mount Hope cemetery, Waterloo. Donations to the building fund of the Waterloo Pentecostal Church or the Canadian Diabetes Association may be made as expressions of sympathy. The family will be in attendance at the funeral home from 7-9 tonight and from 2-4: 30 and 7-9 on Friday.
