  RUSH, Robert Eby Passed away, peacefully, on Sunday, September 7, 2003, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Ruth Ernest. Loving father of Harold and his wife Joan, Bryan and his wife Sandy and Gary, all of Cambridge, Maryruth Martin and Janet and sister, Veronica Johnston, all of Kitchener and 18 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, Eby and Clara Rush and his brother, Stuart. Mr. Rush was born on July 4, 1921 in Waterloo and has lived in Cambridge, for the past 38 years; retired from Cambridge Hydro and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 126. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, on Tuesday, September 9, 2003, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 10, 2003, at 1: 30 p.m. A memorial service under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 126 will be held at the funeral home, on Tuesday evening, at 7 p.m. Cambridge Reporter 2003
