  David Ernst, "was born October 5th, 1836. He resides in Peel Township, near Glenallen, where he is the possessor of several beautiful farms. He was first married to Magdalena Bechtel who died in 1868. After her decease he was married to Susannah Gingerich, widow of Peter Martin. With his first wife he had five children, ...
