- FRASER, Howard Arthur - Passed away in Toronto, on Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Loving companion to Marlene Cameron and her family. Dear brother of Bev and his wife Doreen, Jean Miller and beloved brother-in law of Marion Fraser, all of Cambridge. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ivy and his second wife, Winnifred; his brother, Bill; his brother-in-law, Ridley Miller. Howard served in the Second World War with the H.L.I. in France and Holland. Following this he joined the H.L.I. reserves in Galt. Howard was born in Oshawa and later moved to Galt. He attended Central School and Galt Collegiate Institute. Howard was the eldest son of the late Flora and Arthur Fraser. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home , 95 Dundas Street N., Cambridge where the family will receive friends on Saturday 7-8 p.m. with the service following in the chapel at 8 p.m. Interment Memory Gardens. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation or the C.N.I.B. would be appreciated by the family. www.corbettfuneralhome.ca
